Interview with Hamlin Knight
Our specialist recruitment consultants will meet with you to listen to your needs and requirements as well as your career goals. Our understanding of your aspirations will inform the search and support that we offer from this point forwards.
Informed by the initial interview, we create your candidate profile to effectively represent you. Based on your skills, experiences and personal attributes, we will create a profile which effectively describes your potential, is industry appropriate and in line with your goals.
We discuss your skills and experience with potential clients. You and your requirements remain at the center of the process. Our consultants are experts in their field. As well as using our existing knowledge and experience, we will research clients that we feel are able to provide opportunities to match your career goals.
We present your candidate profile to successfully matched clients who are providing suitable opportunities to enable you to reach your career goals. We continue to communicate with you throughout the process.
We support you throughout the process. Prior to the interview we will brief you on the role and the company. Following the interview we will debrief and plan your next move.
Interview with the Client
Having briefed you, we arrange interviews on your behalf around your availability. We highlight your skills to the client so that you can attend the interview knowing that they already have a good understanding of your knowledge and experience – you just need to demonstrate your passion and enthusiasm.
Feedback from the Interview
Following the interview we take the time to understand your thoughts and feelings about the role. We also speak to the client to gain feedback for you – and upon success we arrange further interviews, ensuring that you are briefed and in the loop throughout.
