Assist the project manager with the delivery of the projects in line with the external stakeholders’ contract.

• Contact targeted customers across the UK as directed, to sign up to the projects to receive free of charge STEM related LEGO equipment, related lesson plans and teacher CPD.

• Extensive use of the telephone to call customers in order to discuss the opportunity and respond to telephone queries as required.

• To engage and enthuse teachers to sign up to this free exciting opportunity, ensuring a key teacher within the school has signed up and agreed to undertake teacher CPD and commit to the programme objectives.

• Ensure the key messaging of both the programme and our funding partners is consistent and accurately portrayed.

• Maintain the CRM database to keep a record of calls made, emails sent and update details of confirmed participant schools and teachers. Maintain and update the CRM database with details of teachers and schools and CPD dates booked.

• Support the project manager with agreeing teacher CPD dates, use Outlook calendars to determine available dates for delivery and to agree dates with our external delivery partner.

• Support the programmes project manager with the engagement with our key partners, including attending meetings, providing progress reports as required and acting on actions arising from meetings.

• Undertake evaluation of the programme as required, collating evaluation data for presentation by the programmes project manager.

• Assist the STEM Event Co-ordinators, if required, on booking STEM Events, processing Think Kit orders and associated paperwork.

• Develop a good knowledge of the STEM department’s activities to deal competently with enquiries.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous sales related experience
  • Minimum 5 GCSE or equivelent
  • Highly reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic
  • Time management, organisational and multitasking skills
  • IT literature with a knowledge of Excel, Outlook and knowledge of Sage would be advantageous
  • Ability to retain large amounts of information
