Our award winning client are rapidly expanding and recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join it hugely successful team.
Support the continual improvement of our business and operation through effective use of our QHSE Management Portal.
Support the management of inventory levels via our ERP system.
Support the coordination and communication with the company UK Sales Team to determine reliable forecasts for production, inventory and delivery requirements.
Support purchasing of raw material, packaging, PPE, stationary and other articles as required.
Ensure all internal and external customer orders are fulfilled timely and efficiently.
Coordination of logistics to ensure timely deliveries via national and international couriers/logistics companies, ensuring compliance with any relevant legislation or customer specific requirements.
Maintain and update the ERP database with up-to-date and accurate customer information and pricing.
Ensure customer invoicing is processed and despatched in a timely manner to support an efficient accounts receivable process. -
Ensure any customer feedback, enquiries and requests are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
The deal candidate would ideally have the following experience and qualities, but training can also be provided to support any successful individual. - Experience in a B2B sales and operational support role preferred - Good knowledge and understanding of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems - Good IT skills across Microsoft suite of software packages - Excellent customer service record - Ability to work under pressure; think clearly and act decisively - Good personal organisation skills. - Good listening and communication skills.
