DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

   Lead and co-ordinate Customer Service Team

   Monitor, mentor and support Customer Service Team

   Build and enforce Call Centre and working culture

   Set, monitor and enforce customer service targets

   Ensure inter-team responsibilities are co-ordinated

   Policy Issuance and Documentation

   Customer Service and liaisons

   Service Standards enforcement & Delivery

   Post Application Processes & Documentation

   Applications Processing and Reviews

   Premium Collections

   Spot Payments Diary and Collections

   Acceptance Letters & Policy Documents Reviews

   Liaising with third party stakeholders and partners

   Leads management including allocations

   Claims Processing & Management

   Data capture & Mailing of Clients

   Management Reports

   Participating in promotional activities

 

REQUISITE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

   Team leading experience and skills

   People skills

   Customer service experience,

   Call centre experience

   Telephone skills

   Rapport building skills

   Team skills

   Communication and listening

   Multitasking and flexibility

   Target driven

   Self-motivate, confident and enthusiastic

   Customer service and interpersonal skills, and

   Sales experience an advantage
