Are you an experienced HR Officer looking for a new challenge?  Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a HR Officer to join a well established manufacturing company based in Rugby.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Officer will take on a full 360 HR role and will be responsible for:

  • HR Administration
  • Filing, scanning and logging HR documentation
  • Archiving personnel files
  • Updating and implementing systems with personnel changes
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Taking phone calls and logging queries
  • Typing up notes and expenses
  • Absence Management Support
  • Arranging OH interventions and assessments
  • Producing invite letters for OH appointments
  • Producing return to work plan letters
  • Updating absence data in CRM system
  • Logging maternity and paternity leave
  • Recruitment Support
  • Liaising with agencies to check, log and distribute CVs to relevant hiring manager
  • Writing and distributing adverts
  • Managed the LinkedIn account
  • Arranging interviews
  • Checking right to work documents
  • Checking ISO documentation receipt
  • Employee Relations Support
  • Sending standard invite letters
  • Supporting note taking during formal hearings
  • Writing disciplinary/capability outcome letters from templates
  • Note taking in meetings
  • Updating HR system with formal outcomes
  • Liaising with payroll on necessary deductions
  • Training administration
  • Inputting training records into spreadsheets and the HR systems
  • Booking hotels/cars etc.

The successful candidate will have 3 years experience working within a HR department, have a can do attitude and have proven previous HR administration experience as well as employee relations, absence management and recruitment experience.
