HR Advisor - Working for a very successful Coventry based client - Part time 20 hours - 25 hours a week can be flexible - Salary up to £45,000pa dependant on experience.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional, who has a good generalist background with the ability to remain discrete, calm, and empathetic. You will manage the HR function across all areas, and locations, d with the support of a HR Administrator.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take the next step in the HR career, and is looking to take on a full generalist role.
Whilst this role is based within the Coventry Head Office primarily, the role requires some flexibility, and hybrid working will be considered. However, the successful candidate must be prepared to work to meet the needs of the business, i.e. at other locations as and when required.(Birmingham, Glasgow, Cardiff, Congleton, Nottingham, Malvern, London, Lymington, Leigh on Sea)
About The Role.
Overseeing recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process
Provide professional and accurate generalist HR advice and coach managers
Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
Support the integration and harmonisation of recently acquired businesses.
Support change management across the business as it continues to grow.
Championing employee engagement
Ensure a culture of trust based on open communication
Championing wellbeing through provision of training and guidance
Managing the HR Administrator
About you.
Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a regulated / financial services industry
Knowledge of FCA implications which are industry specific would be an advantage but not a requirement.
Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
