A  finance company based in Slough is looking for a customer focused individual to join its growing team in supporting with Contract Hire. Previous experience in a customer focused role is essential and general administration

Key responsibilities
Respond to and resolve inbound customer/dealer enquiries to include quoting, ordering, delivering, and rescheduling of agreements

*Answer all verbal and written enquiries and manage expectations to customer/dealer satisfaction
* Update and maintain records for quoting, contracts and customers (within the system)
* To support the dealer network as appropriate with quoting and proposal queries
* To follow and work to the current fleet process
*Ensure Operations Manager is aware of potential issues associated with work queues
* General adhoc administration duties 

* Be able to commute to Slough and be available immediately for a long term temporary role
