Due to internal promotion, our client are seeking a passionate Customer Success Executive to work as part of their friendly team.

There is no typical day here, but every day will see you working closely with the Sales Team, processing customer orders, contacting customers on the phone to confirm order details, upselling where opportunities exist, liaising with the Logistics Team re shipping the orders and then ensuring that the Customer receives the Perfect Order. 

 

Full training will be provided. Ideally, to be amazing in this role, you'll have at least 12 months experience working in a fast paced customer service / order processing environment. You'll have excellent communication skills, you'll be representing the company globally, so we're looking for a great Brand Ambassador.

 

The Role:·

To provide a Legendary Customer Experience for both our external and internal customers, putting the needs of our customers first·

To be the central hub for incoming calls, incoming emails, order processing, dispatch, key customer liaison and invoicing in line with sales and service orders

Liaising with order fulfilment/shipping/logistics to ensure on time deliveryEnsure orders delivered against sales order, remaining flexible to changing conditions and communicate those with the customer in a timely and commercial manner

Initiate communications with the customer from order received to goods being dispatched and notification of the same

To own and manage customer related complaints through to resolution and closure.
