Our client is a forward thinking and expanding international organisation based in Rotherham.
Due to expansion, a new role has developed for a Customer Success Executive to work within a friendly and ambitious team
Duties will include:
- Process orders on an inhouse system, Microsoft NAV Dynamics
- Calling customers to confirm details on orders
- Calling customers to try to upsell on an order placed
- Dealing with customers on the phone and on email when they have a problem with an order
The successful candidate will be:
