SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - BASED IN TOWESTER - NORTHAMPTIONSHIRE - £25,000 PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS!!
You will be a proactive member of the customer service team, providing management cover and ensuring day to day expectations are meet.
KEY RESPONSIBILIITES,
Provide training and support where required. Induct, develope and support members of the team in delivering frontline customer service to increase sales opportunities.
Handling and resolving complaints.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers using customer services tools and CRM system.
Measure individual performance using business PDR.
To ensure the team are achieving first time resolution.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIERED,
Excellent customer service skills.
Ideally leadership and supervisory experience of a team.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
Experience within a sales environment.
Flexible approach to working hours.
