As a Customer Services Administrator you will support the Customer Service team inputting purchase and sales orders onto the system, dealing with customer queries, supply chain queries, preparing quotations, invoicing, learning and understanding customer portals and comply with company SOP KPI’s.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write & respond to, routine correspondence & answer ad hoc queries from customers in a timely manner;
  • Act with autonomy - taking responsibility & initiative without the need for day-to-day direction.
  • Manage the company’s liaison with clients to facilitate a seamless process to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Provide high touch customer service by building & maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, & striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Providing cover for other core functions whilst ensuring efficient utilisation of the work force
  • Ensure invoices are raised correctly & company KPI’s are met
  • Data inputting, verifying & correcting data where necessary
  • Supporting all functions within the business administratively to ensure that prompt service is provided to our customer
  • Learning & understanding various customer portals & invoicing processes to ensure all sales orders are invoiced in a timely manner
  • Compliance to company policies & group management systems
  • Other ad-hoc tasks & projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the coordination office
  • Maintaining databases & ERP System data – i.e. purchase prices, sales prices & customer addresses

Skills and Qualifications

  • Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience
  • Enthusiastic and a good team player
  • Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels using all methods
  • Good customer service skills
  • SAP knowledge an advantage
