Based in beautiful corporate offices in Leamington Spa.  Our client is seeking a Commercial Administrator for a 3 month contract, which may be extended or even go permanent.

The successful candidate will find themselves working within this exciting role working along-side the account management and sales team, providing administrative support, you will enjoy a lot of autonomy in this role and you will have the opportunity to make it your own.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build strong working relationship with the key internal stakeholders

• Confident and professional interaction and communication with customers

• Handle initial customer enquiries both on the telephone and on-line

• Preparing presentations and keeping the presentation library up to date

• Preparing standard quotations

• Supporting the internal quotation approval process

• Diary management including central calendar booking

• Keeping the customer account control sheet and CRM up to date with new and existing accounts

• Producing key statistical data to support the customers quarterly business reviews

• Effectively handling invoice queries both internal and external

• Co-ordinating the contract/purchase order renewal schedule

• General admin duties

Skills and Experience:

• Intermediate/Advanced level in MS Office with expertise in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Exceptional communication skills

• Ability to analyse and revise practices and procedures to improve efficiency/customer experience

• Detail focused with excellent analytical skills and high numeric ability

• Ability to prioritise workload based on the needs of the business and the diverse team

• Comfortable to work autonomously when required
