Out client a reputable and rapidly expanding utilities company based in Sheffield are seeking to recruit an experienced Client Services Manager to their team.


Duties will include: 

  • Day to day management of the Key Accounts team, monitoring productivity and achievement of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance against sales revenue and margin targets
  •  Regular one to ones, coaching and feedback sessions with team members, up-skilling and developing individuals to improve sales conversions and demonstrate continual growth
  •  Assess the performance of the team and growth of customer accounts to ensure maximisation of opportunities and return on investment
  •  Identify improvements in both service delivery and processes to improve job efficiency and profitability
  • Work with the team to analyse the performance of each customer account, identifying customers with the greatest growth potential and introduce campaigns/strategies to measure the success
  • Using data analysis and customer feedback, work with Sales Leaders to establish who are our ‘key customers’ and how we service them best as a business
  • Accompany the team at customer meetings to build trusted working partnerships and identify strategic methods and practices for the growth of the team, group and business
  • Interpret short and long-term effects on the sales strategies and report the results to the Head of Client Services
  • Using customer feedback and intelligence, forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue along with expected pipeline and significant future opportunities
  • Keep key customers informed of new products, services and monthly updates
  • Ensuring application of training for new products and services
  • Produce utility designs in line with customer expectations and scope of works to develop and grow a number of own individual customer accounts

The successful applicant will:

  • Have previous industry related experience
  • Man-management and leadership experience
  • Proven sales and account management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
