Responsibilities

  • Processing of incoming customer orders, purchase of materials and service, delivery of finished goods and invoicing of customers
  • Communicate between customer, supplier and management to ensure smooth operations delivery
  • Identifying problems in operations process and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
  • Assisting with development and provision of marketing communication materials including updating  of brochures and data sheets, and procurement of sales promotion “giveaways”
  • Assist directors/managers in any adhoc duties.
