This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of 10 in finance within a very well established and respected company based in Leamington.

So what are they looking for? 

This role reports into the Finance Manager and combines purchase ledger & sales ledger. Duties include:

Accounts Receivable: 

  • Processing invoice/credit notes
  • Setting up foreign payments
  • Dealing with queries/rejects
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Process credit card charges
  • Assist with chasing missing bank details


Accounts Receivable:

  • Accessing, downloading and reconciling settlement files from AR payment gateway
  • Process credit card refunds
  • Assist customers with any queries




  • Assist with preparing any banking
  • Deal with day to day telephone & e-mail enquiries

You need to be able to demonstrate hands-on experience of accounts receivable (sales ledger) & accounts payable (purchase ledger) in order to be considered. 

You must also have excellent Customer Service skills coupled with good excel skills. Knowledge of MS Dynamics would be advantageous.
