POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT

Coordinate customer related promotions stimulating performance and produce incrementally driving sales, customer engagement & activity.

 

Preferred Customer Experience is a brand new strategy with HN having a more direct connection with loyal Members through promotions, communications and their overall experience. This role joins this exciting new division to engage the segment through customer type promotions and rewards programme.

R&R:

  • Assist in development and implementation process for customer promotions.
  • Develop support materials like brochures, flyers, scripts, videos and field communication
  • Research among sales force and competitors’ promotional activities
  • Provide project status updates and analytical review of promotions performance
  • Brief and liaise with Sourcing & Operations with physical rewards; working with Technology team to drive and implement digital rewards
  • Oversee future strategy and direction with digital loyalty programme
