Hamlin Knight is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Administrator to join market leading company based in Oxford.

Job Purpose

*As Project Administrator you will support the Operations Manager and enable cost effective Project Administration and planning.

*To develop and demonstrate fundamental project administration skills.

Job Responsibilities

*Measuring and reporting on organisational metrics.

*Liaison with key stakeholders to ensure that the correct information is collected at project creation and maintained throughout the life of the project(s).

*Monitoring the progress of projects and notifying stakeholders about project abnormalities or variances to enable critical decision making

*Identifying risk / difficulties and helping implement re-planning where necessary.

*Reporting project budget and finances.

*Assist the Operations Manager to ensure that all forms of project reporting (costs, resourcing, KPI’s) for the programme are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

*Support other company projects as required.

Key Deliverables

*Satisfied customers and/or stakeholders

*Project milestones/deliverables on time, on budget and to customer requirements

*Well-structured and suitably scaled project plans that are up-to-date and correctly base-lined at all times

*Clear status of project financials at all times

*Working with delivery and operations teams gain a clear status of the reporting used within the company

*Project data which is accurate and well maintained throughout the life of the project

*Contributions to weekly and monthly reporting to senior management team

*On-going support to project managers and theme leaders

Skills & Experience required

*Qualified to A level standard in a business related discipline.

*Ambitious and self-motivated able to demonstrate drive and energy.

*An organised yet flexible approach and able to influence/deliver through others

*Articulate and able to effectively communicate at all levels of the business.

*Experience of Microsoft project management tools preferred

*Numerate with an appreciation on financial management, a working understanding of the various project management tools that relate to a professional services environment

*Strong administrative skills

*Articulate and able to effectively communicate at all levels of the business
