Testronic Laboratories
Testronic Laboratories are justifiably proud of their reputation within the Home Entertainment and New Media industries. Based in the heart of the movie industry and Pinewood Studios, UK; Burbank, California and Warsaw, Poland, they are world leaders in the testing of educational, entertainment, games and business software.
But when quality assurance is your business, there’s no room for error. So the difficulty they had sourcing temporary staff who could deliver to their high standards was a serious issue. Temporary staff were essential to handle peaks in workloads. However, Testronic was struggling to find people who were reliable, whose skills matched the assignment and who, importantly, were multi-lingual.
Hamlin Knight responded by getting under the skin of Testronic’s culture and producing a solution tailored to both client and candidates. We sourced quality, multi-lingual candidates through advertising, research and referrals. We carried out initial interviews and candidate briefings. We created and managed rosters, helping our client to plan ahead. And we established a replacement stand-by list of temporary staff for emergencies.
As a result, Testronic was able to employ the kind of temporary staff who could boost their productivity levels. It’s a partnership that’s thrived. Testronic have gradually phased out their other suppliers and now use Hamlin Knight as their sole supplier.
