Once you approach us, we will arrange an appointment at one of our office locations. You will meet with a Recruitment Consultant who specialises in the type of work you are seeking - Candidate Profile
We complete a candidate profile that includes all your personal details, skills and experience, so that we can match you against jobs and discuss your attributes with our client companies - Matching
We then match your requirements against the potential positions that we have been asked to fill. We select the suitable options and call you to discuss them with you. If you are interested in any of these, we will contact the client to discuss your skills and experience with them - Client Approaches
We will also contact clients on your behalf, where we know the client regularly seeks new employees of your calibre, even if we do not currently have a position to fill for them. Before you attend an interview with a client company, we will brief you fully on the permanent position and the company - Interview with Client
If you are seriously interested in working for one of our clients, we will endeavour to arrange an interview for you with them - Feedback from Interview
After your interview we will seek your views, gain feedback from our client and brief you accordingly. We will then arrange further interviews as necessary - The Offer
We will liaise between you and our client company about the job offer and act as the intermediary in all negotiations regarding remuneration, terms and conditions - Constant Communication
We will then stay in touch with you on a regular basis to ensure everything is handled smoothly up to when you start your new position. We will make sure you have settled in well and that there are no outstanding issues - Confidentiality
